Extremely short handed. My visit was at 2:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. The voice said "I will be with you in a minute, 3 different times" finally after 10 minutes to take my order, another 15+ minutes to get a drink and burger with a burnt bun. From the same lady taking the orders. She was apoplectic, said she wasn't a car hop, she was kitchen duty, but was doing everything that day.

Very very slow to get your food. I waited almost 10 minutes in drive through. If I hadn't already paid for my food I would left. Then the young lady basically threw my food at me. The staff is always rude or in a hurry to get you out of their way. You will only get your order right half of the time if you are lucky. The food is sometimes good but most of the time horrible. It was better when it was locally owned. Staff could care less now about the business.
I like Sonic but was very disappointed when they discontinued the cotton candy shush. The Cotton candy shush was my family's fav slush and then they discontinued it. The staff is very friendly and nice but sometimes slow with orders. Overall it is a great place for a quick drive in.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I've been there half a dozen times in past 3 weeks, nobody in there save for couple of cars so I pull up to drive through & just sit. They say be right with you & then I sit there FOREVER. I just up & left 4 of those times without ever getting chance to order. I have no idea what's going on over there but there's NO EXCUSE for leaving someone sitting at order box when there's absolutely no one around. Corporate needs to DESPERATELY replace everyone in this location from management down. I won't be going back ever. They've lost a costumer for life.
