With prices that could easily be called gouging and service technicians that are encouraged to lie to all customers this is one of if not the worst plumbers to call in our area.
Called to have tub faucet replaced in rental house. Gibson arrived at 8:22 am and called to say they were starting. At 8:47 am the plumber called to say the job was complete. The cost was $950. I learned the faucet installed was a $60 cheap brand ( Boston Harvest) from Home Depot. My complaints were discussed with various female employees. I was never able to speak with the man who prices the jobs, Rob or the owner, Jason Burgess. They were never there and would not return my calls. Also I was scared into having a water pressure regulator installed (every fixture in the house would fall apart) for a charge of $650. I was later advised that is an $80 part. I have used Gibson for many years. The company now is not trustworthy. I cannot recommend them ever again. Too bad.
Tech was nice. Got a discount. Only 4 stars because Rob is a dick.
