I was stranded on Christmas night on my way to work. My insurance company hired this towing company. The driver was rude, unnecessarily so, and charged more (in CASH) than was quoted to my insurance. I would never voluntarily use this company again. Never.
The repairs lasted 4 hours, in which he put freon in my car and did not repair the leak in the compressor.
Terrible mechanic. Requested that he repair my A/C, he dissembled the motor to my power windows, broke the motor, and refused to repair it.
After I brought this up with him, he called me a liar, saying that they were already broken and I was trying to get something out of him. (I had used the window the previous day)
