Had my truck serviced her due to a recall and had an oil leak. Scheduling my appointment was fast and easy! They made the repairs to my truck and had it back to me the same day! They did an excellent job on finding and fixing the oil leak and the repair cost was competitive with other repair shops. Very nice and friendly service!

I brought my 2005 Dodge 2500 diesel in for a noise coming from the rear axle of the vehicle. The mechanic was able to diagnose the problem as a pinion bearing in the differential. I made an appointment a few weeks later to have the repair made and while the work was being done they called me and suggested that we replace the carrier bearings as well since they detected some metal particulate in the differential oil. Of course I said yes so they ordered the extra bearings and I picked up my truck a few days later. Needless to say it's quiet like it supposed to be thanks to the service crew at Parkway Chrysler.
